First Responder Memorial Commemorative Bricks- $300 each
We invite you to honor a loved one or commemorate a special occasion with a permanent engraved brick paver that will be placed in the First Responders Memorial Plaza. Each donation will be commemorated with a brick paver which will be engraved with up to three lines of type with a maximum of thirteen characters per line including spacing, punctuation and special characters. Please use the form below. Payment can be made in person at City Hall using cash, check or credit card. If you would like to pay by check, please print your order form and submit to the City of Elmhurst. A check can also be mailed to:
