Elmhurst Fire Department Celebrates Promotions

Unknown Image At the City Council Meeting held on Monday, November 6th, two new Firefighters, Cymon Wind and Nick Holbrook, took an oath of office. Firefighter Drew Scarlett was promoted to Lieutenant, Bill Oeffling was also promoted from Lieutenant to Battalion Chief and Battalion Chief Steve Reynolds was promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief. Congratulations on these well-deserved accomplishments!
