Security Key BoxAlso known as a "Knox Box". If you would like to install a Knox Box by your business front door, please stop in at City Hall, the Fire / Building Department counter and pick up an Authorization Form to be used for ordering your Elmhurst - specific Knox Box. Fill in the form and mail it as directed.

Upon receipt of your Knox Box, you can install it on the front of your building near the front door, about 5' from the ground. When you have your keys ready, contact Fire Department Administration at 630-530-3090 to make arrangements for Fire Department personnel stop by and put your keys into your Knox Box.
